Do you also develop and implement the software?
Yes. Alongside analysis and advice, we design, develop and implement custom software, automations and integrations. When an existing tool meets the need, we also assess adapting it rather than building new software.
Do I need to replace the software I already use?
Not necessarily. We evaluate your tools first. Often the best solution is to connect them, improve their configuration or simplify a process without developing new software.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. We adapt the scope to each business’s needs and resources. We can start with one specific process and move forward in phases.
How much does process automation cost?
It depends on the scope, tools involved and complexity. The first conversation is without obligation. If a professional assessment is needed, it is quoted separately; implementation is priced once the scope is defined.
Is artificial intelligence necessary?
No. We use AI when it solves a problem and its benefit justifies the cost and risk. Many improvements come from a good integration or straightforward automation.
What happens after a solution is implemented?
Delivery includes the agreed documentation and training. We can offer ongoing support and further development as optional services, with terms agreed before you commit.
How do you protect our business information?
During the assessment, we agree on access, confidentiality and the data processing required. Measures are defined for each project, limiting shared data and reviewing providers before integration.
Can we start by improving just one process?
Yes. Starting with one well-defined process lets you validate the improvement and make informed decisions about the next steps. Projects can be organised into phases and milestones.
